How far in advance should I book my tour?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for popular destinations, especially if you're traveling during peak season. For customized itineraries, allowing more time gives us the flexibility to secure the best accommodations and experiences for your journey.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund (minus a processing fee) if cancelled more than 60 days before departure. Cancellations 30-60 days before departure receive a 50% refund, and cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Do you offer travel insurance?

While we don't sell travel insurance directly, we partner with reputable insurance providers and can assist you in selecting appropriate coverage for your journey. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
